Moving in

When you move to a new address, you have to register as a new customer at this address.

You can do this by sending an e-mail to our customer centre, stating the address you are moving to, your name, your previous address, etc.

You will receive a welcome letter from us sometime over the first four weeks. This letter gives you an indication of your anticipated annual consumption. If your actual consumption is very different, please contact our customer centre to change this.
